Dr. Jimi Coker
He is the Group Clinical Adviser and also a Consultant General Surgeon. His focus is on Colorectal and Laporoscopic Surgery at the Doncaster & Bassetlaw Hospitals, NHS Foundation Trust, Doncaster, UK. He is now Chief of Surgery at Lagoon Hospitals, where he runs clinics and performs keyhole surgeries for cases of haemorrhoids(piles), stomach pains and specific conditions like cancer. He is on sabbatical to Lagoon Hospitals.
Dr. Mowa K. Falase
She is the Ag. Medical Director, Lagoon Hospitals, Apapa. A Consultant Paediatrician/Neonatologist with special interest in Asthma and Allergies. A product of the college of medicine, University of Ibadan, awarded the Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) in 1994.
She obtained the Membership of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health, MRCPCH (UK) in 2003, She had Paediatric training at various hospitals in the U.K, with Neonatology training at the Aberdeen Maternity Hospital. She is also a Neonatal Resuscitation Program Instructor.
Dr. O.A. Kale
He is the Medical Director, Lagoon Clinics, Victoria Island. He is a Consultant Cytologist and holds a MBBS from the University of Lagos (1972). He also holds a Diploma in Cytopathology from British Columbia and London (1991). He is the first Nigerian Pathologist member of the British Society for Clinical Cytology. He is an alumnus of the Lagos Business School where he is currently a part-time faculty facilitator. He served as a Council Member of the 1983 Nobel Peace Prize Winner (IPPNW 1983). He also has several academic publications in research journals. He joined Lagoon Hospitals in 2002.
Dr. Olajide. O. Ojo
He is a Consultant Paediatrician and also the Medical Director, Lagoon Hospitals, Ikeja and Lagoon Clinic, Adeniyi Jones - Ikeja. He is a product of the college of medicine, University of Ilorin, awarded the Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) in 1997.
He started his residency training in Paediatrics in LUTH (2000), awarded the Fellowship in Paediatrics, by the National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria in 2005, and graduated as he best candidate in that year. He was trained on the intensive care of neonates and the management of various clinical conditions in infants and older children at the Northwick Park Hospital, UK.
Mrs. Kemi Osinibi
She is the Finance Controller of Lagoon Hospital. She is a qualified Chartered Management Accountant with a degree in Business Administration from the University of Wales College Cardiff (Business School). She has worked in various business management roles over the last 18 years in a variety of organizations, including UK FTSE 100 companies and, recently over the last 6 years in the oil & gas industry in Nigeria. Her extensive experience primarily in financial management include organisation development, strategy formulation and implementation, project management, culture change initiatives as well contract/performance management. She joined Hygeia in 2010.
Mrs. Modupe Afolabi
She is the Head, Human Resources, Lagoon Hospitals. She is a graduate of Electrical Engineering; with an MBA in Information Technology Management from City University Business School, London. She began her career at the Lagos Business School as a research analyst, and has held roles in various capacities in the banking industry with Citibank Nigeria and First City Monument Bank Plc. She also held various roles at Sahara Energy Resource Limited; and Phillips Consulting, where she was the Partner with responsibility for recruitment. She has attended various local and international courses and participates actively as a facilitator in various training programmes. She joined Hygeia in 2010
