• To increase our hospital base to 5 hospitals during the next 5 years
• To increase our capacity to 200 beds by 2015
• To increase the number of specialized units in the hospitals
• To ensure that the hospitals are staffed by the best medical talent available
• To continue and extend our internal education programme. This currently
comprises weekly clinical conferences for all staff and training courses
at the Lagos Business School and at the Apollo Hospital Group in India
• To maintain the high standards of excellence for which our hospitals are renowned
