Cardiology is a specialty in internal medicine that deals with the management of disorders of the heart and blood vessels. It includes care of hypertension, coronary heart diseases and heart failure.

Our cardiology team deal with the diagnosis, investigation and treatment of patients with all forms of heart diseases. The Lagoon Hospital is fully equipped to provide a complete range of services for all cardiological conditions, including echocardiogram (an ultrasound scan of the heart) and stress testing (used to evaluate heart function by combining physical activity with an electrocardiogram).
