Board

The Foundation, which is structured in accordance with Part C of the Companies and Allied Matters Act, is under the management of a six-member Board of Trustees led by the Chairman, Professor Ade Elebute. The board members include Professor Ade Elebute, Professor Mrs Oyin Elebute, Mrs Fola Laoye, Dr David Bayagbona, Dr Kunle Onakoya and Dr Dupe Odunsi.
